Pesto Hummus


  • 1 Cup sprouted or boiled chickpeas (if you boil, don't forget to pre-soak all night)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 3/4 Cup. Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Handful of chopped fresh Basil
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Cumin Powder (optional) 


Blend all the ingredients except the basil, pouring the oil little by little until desired texture (some people like it creamier than others). Add the basil and blend for a few more seconds.
