You can use your favourite grain, nut or combination of the two for your mylk base. It's up to you whether you use the spices in a whole or powdered form.
- 1 Cup Almond Mylk (Complete protein and alcaline food)
- 1 Tsp mixed Zanzibari spices (Cardamon, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger)
- 3 pitted Dates
HOW WE DO IT...
Almond Mylk: Soak your Almonds overnight in filtered water. Rinse well before blending with 3 cups of water.
Blend with the rest of the ingredients.
