1 Cup soaked almonds (rinsed and drained after soaking all night)
3 Cups purified or filtered water

2 Parts Nuts and Seeds (Almonds, Cashews, Black Sesame Seeds, Chia Seeds)
- 1 Part of soaked Dates
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Maca Powder
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Grind. Shape. Dehydrate all night.
