FOR THE ALMOND MYLK...

  • 1 Cup soaked almonds (rinsed and drained after soaking all night)

  • 3 Cups purified or filtered water

  • BLEND. STRAIN. STORE IN THE FRIDGE.

FOR THE CHOCOOKIES...

  • 2 Parts Nuts and Seeds (Almonds, Cashews, Black Sesame Seeds, Chia Seeds)

  • 1 Part of soaked Dates
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Maca Powder
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Grind. Shape. Dehydrate all night.
