Sometimes less is more, this spare of the moment treat was such a hit with the girls! I literally grabbed the fruits from the counter and blended them into a mousse.
I've made a few versions since, you can add Goji Berries or Bee Pollen to enhance the nutrients.
- Chopped Mango
- Fresh Passion Juice (unsweetened)
- Goji Berries
- Dried Pineapple and Mango for decoration

Blend into a pulp and throw some dried fruit for texture and decoration.
