Nutty Chocolate Ice-Cream

Ice Cream anyone? You don't have to leave behind any of your favourite treats! You can turn any creamy smoothie into ice cream either by freezing it in cubes or mixing the ingredients with ice on the spot. 
Solo tienen que licuar su receta favorita de milkshake de chocolate, congelarlo en cubos de hielo y ya! Cada vez que antojen sacan los cubitos y los vuelven a licuar.
Nosotros lo hicimos licuando leche de almendras, cacao orgánico en polvo, mantequilla de cacao, cashews, harina de lucuma, harina de algarrobo, maca en polvo, extracto de vainilla, pizca de sal, pizca de stevia.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Hazelnut Mylk (or any other Nut Mylk)
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lucuma Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Karob Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Powder
  • Sweetener (Stevia or Date Paste or Xilitol work best)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Ice

HOW WE DO IT...

Blend all the ingredients on a high speed blender, serve and enjoy every bite!
