Basic Millet/Sesame Mylk

Nut Mylks are a wonderful way to add a variety of grains and living nutrients to our diet.  I usually blend them with spices such as Turmeric, Cardamon, Ginger, Cinnamon and Cloves. They aid digestion and add tons of flavour to my drinks.

I also enjoy using this Mylk as a base for a fruit or vegetable smoothie. Try it with Banana, Maca and some ice, yum! 


  • 1 Cup Red or White Millet (highly nutritious, 15% plant based protein, mineral rich, gluten-free grain)
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (Quality source of Calcium)


Soak your Millet overnight in filtered water.

Soak your Sesame seeds for 2 hours in filtered water.

Rinse well both grains before blending with 3 cups of water.
