MARINADE FOR THE MUSHROOMS
Marinate your mushrooms in a few spoonfuls of Tamari Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil for about one hour at room temperature.
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Nori Sheets (shredded)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Chopped Carrots, Celery, Spinach, Fresh Herbs, Chillies (optional)
Grind all the ingredients and fill up your marinated mushrooms until the top. Don't throw away your carrot greens, you can make a salad or use them as a garnish!
