Mushrooms w/Nori Pate

INGREDIENTS

MARINADE FOR THE MUSHROOMS

Marinate your mushrooms in a few spoonfuls of Tamari Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil for about one hour at room temperature.

NORI PATE

  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts

  • 1/2 Cup Nori Sheets (shredded)

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Chopped Carrots, Celery, Spinach, Fresh Herbs, Chillies (optional)

Grind all the ingredients and fill up your marinated mushrooms until the top. Don't throw away your carrot greens, you can make a salad or use them as a garnish!
